This is the worst insurance company I have dealt with. Every month prior to making my payment, I would confirm what my monthly payment was and was told the same amount every month, and then all of a sudden one month I was told I owed over 1200.00β¦ which I canβt afford. Apparently, the representative made a mistake and I was making partial payments, even though they sent me a breakdown of what my 6 month premium was, which showed the 300$ monthly payment. I never received a phone call to say anything changed, nor did I receive any documentation in the mail. When I called to speak with Jenni, the owner of this office, I was told she was in a meeting & was hung up on twice by her coworkers. I have since sent emails to the ceo & every higher up person I could find on google. Iβm still waiting for a call back from the owner, Jenni. I wish I did my research before dealing with this office. There is a complete disconnect. Donβt make the same mistake I made and go to another Statefarm office.
